SUMMARY:
We are looking for a Head of HR to lead HR Strategy, talent management, aligning HR with the companies objectives. Reports to CEO

POSITION INFO:

Key Performance Areas

• Lead the development and execution ofthe HR Startegy
• Set medium to long term HR Goals, monitor progress, and ensure operational objectives
• Develop and implement HR Programs supporting strategic objetives

Minimum Requirements

• NQF Level 8 Qualification
• Professional Membership with SABPP or Similar
• 12 years experience with a minimum of 3 years at executive level
• Living and Working in Northern Cape
• Own vehicle and Drivers Licence.
