SUMMARY:
We are looking for a Head of HR to lead HR Strategy, talent management, aligning HR with the companies objectives. Reports to CEO
POSITION INFO:
Key Performance Areas
- Lead the development and execution ofthe HR Startegy
- Set medium to long term HR Goals, monitor progress, and ensure operational objectives
- Develop and implement HR Programs supporting strategic objetives
Minimum Requirements
- NQF Level 8 Qualification
- Professional Membership with SABPP or Similar
- 12 years experience with a minimum of 3 years at executive level
- Living and Working in Northern Cape
- Own vehicle and Drivers Licence.
