POSITION INFO:
This well-recognised financial services provider in South Africa is known for its convenient remittance solutions. Originally focused on helping people send money across African borders, it has since grown to offer a range of financial services like digital banking, prepaid cards, and bill payment options, catering to underserved communities. In the Western Cape, particularly around Cape Town, they have a strong presence with branches and agents to support customers seeking reliable financial solutions.

Job Experience & Skills Required:

Experience working within complex, multinational company structures
Proven ability to manage and lead a team of up to 30 individuals
Hands-on experience with operational treasury functions
Skilled in developing and enforcing financial policies
Expertise in monitoring and managing cash flow for optimal liquidity

Qualifications:

BCom Honours in Finance
Minimum of 8 years' experience
