Group Technical Operations Manager

POSITION INFO:
Our Client, a leader in the Private Hospital sector is looking for a Group Technical Operations Manager to be based at their Head Office.

Requirements:

Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering,
Preferably be a member of the Clinical Engineering Association of South Africa (CEASA),
A minimum of 10 years of experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership position within technical operations in the healthcare sector,
Strong leadership and management abilities,
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills,
Excellent computer skills,
Good analysis, judgement skills and attention to detail,
Good problem-solving skills,
Ability to cope well under pressure,
Must be customer focused,
Must have a high level of reliability and accountability;
Must have a driver’s license and own transport to travel between facilities
