Company and Job Description:
This globally household brand in the manufacturing, consumer goods space is looking for an International Tax and Transfer Pricing expert. This company has been I the forefront of innovation in the industry and they continue to grow and dominate the market. This opportunity will put you in the middle of the companies’ daily operations and will provide ample exposure in the industry. This role will have you rubbing shoulders with an influential management team. Applicants must be an assertive individual. This position will be based in Johannesburg North and is fully office based.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement transfer pricing strategy
Dealing with international tax compliance
Country-by- country reports
Transfer pricing calculations and reviewing
Withholding tax calculations and compliance
Dealing with foreign tax authorities
Providing assistance regarding Merger and Acquisition transactions
Dealing with Cross boarder transactions
Reviewing tax accounts for half year and year end reporting
Managing the EMEA, USA and Australia region.

Qualifications and Experience Required:

Completed BCom Accounting is essential
Postgraduate in taxation is highly beneficial
8 to 10years tax experience is essential
5 years managerial experience is essential
International and Transfer pricing experience is essential
Manufacturing or Consumer goods industry experience is beneficial.
