SUMMARY:

As part of their continued growth, they are seeking an experienced Group Talent Acquisition Manager to lead the talent management function and oversee related HR functions across the organization.

POSITION INFO:
Location: Nigeria (Lagos) OR Ghana (Accra)

Sector: Group of companies - Manufacturing and Trading/Distribution

Key Focus Areas:

Team Management:
- Manage and lead the TA professionals across the group
Employee Development & Succession Planning
Talent Acquisition and Performance Management:
- Design and implement recruitment strategies across the group, ensuring the attraction of top talent.
- Oversee the implementation and management of the performance management system to drive employee engagement and foster professional development.

Key Skills & Requirements:

Education:
- Master's Degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, or a related field
Experience:
- Minimum of 12 years of experience in TA, HR and OD.
- Experience in recruiting and appointing board leadership roles.
- In-depth understanding of the Africa market or other frontier markets.
Industry Knowledge:
- Relevant experience in the manufacturing and/or trading/distribution sector is highly preferred.
