• Annual remuneration review process
• Ensure compliance with legal, Tax and other regulatory requirements
• Develop and maintain pay scales
• Review the company's bonus scheme
• Research and analysis
• Relationship management with Stakeholders
• Policy management

• Relevant Degree
• South African Reward Association (SARA)

• 5 to 10 years' experience in a similar role
