Duties and Responsibilities

Oversee the group reporting and consolidation processes
Ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial data across the group
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual consolidated financial statements
Review and implement reporting standards in line with IFRS
Collaborate with senior management to provide insights and recommendations on financial performance
Assist with external audits and regulatory compliance
Manage and develop a high-performing reporting team
Contribute to the strategic direction of financial reporting within the group

Experience and Skills Required

CA(SA) qualification
5+ years of experience in group reporting and consolidations
Experience in retail or financial services is preferred
In-depth knowledge of financial reporting standards and consolidation processes
