The Role

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive procurement strategy aligned with the company’s operational goals.
• Manage supplier relationships, negotiate contracts, and ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
• Oversee procurement processes to ensure compliance with budgetary and quality standards.
• Conduct market research to identify new suppliers, trends, and opportunities to drive cost savings.
• Implement and monitor procurement policies, procedures, and best practices across all properties.
• Collaborate with operational teams to forecast procurement needs and align with business objectives.
• Track and report key functional metrics to reduce expenses and improve the overall effectiveness of the supply chain.

Key Requirements

• Min 5 years proven experience in procurement, preferably in the hospitality or hospitality industry
• Cluster or Group Procurement experience for multiple properties.
• Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
• Excellent knowledge of supply chain management and logistics.
• Analytical and strategic thinking capabilities with attention to detail.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to manage stakeholder and supplier relationships effectively.
• A relevant degree or diploma in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
