Are you a strategic marketing leader with a passion for driving growth and brand excellence in the financial services industry? We’re hiring a Group Marketing Manager to oversee a diverse portfolio of brands within a group of companies. You will develop and execute strategic marketing plans to achieve business objectives and elevate the company’s presence across multiple platforms.

What You’ll Do:

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies across a diverse portfolio of brands within the company.
• Drive the execution of strategic marketing plans to achieve organisational goals and enhance brand recognition.
• Demonstrate year-on-year brand growth through effective marketing strategies.
• Ensure all marketing touchpoints maintain a consistent brand tone and design across all platforms.
• Exhibit strong leadership and management skills to ensure the marketing team operates efficiently and effectively.
• Maintain an excellent understanding of the industry, the company’s products and services.
• Research, propose and manage tools that enhance the marketing team's efficiency and performance.
• Present regular and actionable insights in reports to senior management to inform business strategy.
• Uphold high-quality standards for all marketing materials and communications, ensuring consistency and excellence.

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related discipline.
• 10 years of experience in marketing, including a management role with a focus on strategic planning.
• Proven success in developing and executing impactful marketing campaigns.
• Demonstrated experience in financial services marketing, with a solid understanding of finance.
• Familiarity with VC/PE technology (beneficial).
• Strong design sense and attention to visual detail.
• Proven experience in budget setting and management.
• Ability to build effective relationships with all stakeholders, both internal and external.
• Excellent project management, multitasking and decision-making abilities.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic, fast-paced, high-performance environment.
