SUMMARY:
Are you a seasoned banking professional with a passion for strategic leadership? Our team is seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to lead our Business Banking group. As the Group Head, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our business strategy, managing customer relationships, and driving growth.

POSITION INFO:
Group Head, Business Banking

Key Responsibilities:

Formulate and Implement Strategy: Develop and execute the Business Banking strategy, defining marketing and sales approaches to achieve our goals.
Product Development: Innovate and enhance our suite of Business Banking products and services.
Customer Relationship Management: Manage existing customer relationships while actively seeking new ones.
Ambassadorial Role: Represent our group with integrity and professionalism.

Qualifications:

Education: First and post-graduate Degree or equivalent in any discipline.
Experience: Proven track record in business banking, leadership, and strategic planning.
Skills: Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
Team Player: Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
