Are you a high-performing finance leader ready to make an impact in the renewable energy sector? Our client, an industry leader driving sustainability and innovation, is looking for a Group Financial Manager to take charge of financial efficiency, reporting, and strategic leadership.

POSITION INFO:

What You’ll Be Doing:
Ensure quality control & integrity over all financial transactions and reports
Review income statements & balance sheets for accuracy and completeness
Oversee group reporting submissions using Onestream
Prepare & present management reports with insightful analysis
Improve financial processes, cost allocations, and internal controls
Provide strategic financial insights to operations & management
Manage cash flow forecasting & working capital cycles
Oversee staff management & development within the Finance Department
Lead budgeting, forecasting & year-end closing procedures
Streamline & automate financial systems for maximum efficiency

Skills & Experience:
Be a key player in a company shaping the future of renewable energy
Drive efficiency & accuracy in financial reporting and compliance
Lead & mentor a high-performing finance team
Optimize systems & processes to improve financial decision-making
Engage with directors & shareholders to shape business strategy

Qualification:
CA(SA) qualification – Essential
Strong analytical mindset & communication skills
Experience with SAP Business One
Proven ability to handle high-volume, deadline-driven environments
Project & group reporting experience – Non-Negotiable
Staff management expertise – Non-Negotiable
