They are seeking a qualified and experienced Group Financial Manager to join their team in Pretoria East.

Job Description:
As the Group Financial Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the financial health of the organization. Your role will involve strategic financial planning, reporting, and analysis to ensure the company's financial goals are met. You will work closely with senior management to provide insights and recommendations that drive business growth and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and present accurate financial statements and reports.

• Manage budgeting and forecasting processes.

• Oversee cash flow management and financial risk assessment.

• Ensure compliance with South African financial regulations and standards.

• Lead the development and implementation of financial strategies.

• Provide financial analysis and support for business decisions.

• Manage and mentor a team of finance professionals.

• Collaborate with other departments to optimize financial performance.

• Conduct internal audits and ensure effective internal controls.

• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including auditors and financial institutions.

Requirements:

• Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with at least 5 years of experience in a similar role.

• Strong understanding of South African financial regulations and standards.

• Proven experience in financial management and strategic planning.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Strong leadership and team management abilities.

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
