Duties (not limited to):

Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting for the property portfolio
Prepare consolidated financial statements and ensure compliance with accounting standards
Analyze property performance and provide financial insights to support decision-making
Manage cash flow, funding, and debt structures to optimize financial efficiency
Implement and monitor risk management strategies to minimize financial and operational risks

Job Experience & Skills Required:

Qualifications:

Completed BCom degree in a related field
Completed SAIPA or SAICA articles

Experience:

5+ Years experience within a senior management role
Property industry experience required
