In this role, you will oversee financial reporting, manage budgeting processes, and provide strategic insights to support their property investment decisions.

Duties (not limited to):

Lead the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
Conduct variance analysis and provide actionable insights to stakeholders
Oversee cash flow management and financial forecasting
Coordinate and manage the audit process with external auditors
Ensure adherence to financial policies and procedures

Job Experience & Skills Required:

Qualifications:

Qualified CA(SA)

Experience:

2+ Years experience with consolidations
CaseWare experience required
