SUMMARY:

We are seeking a Group Finance Manager to oversee the financial health and operations of a diverse group of companies.

POSITION INFO:
Key Responsibilities:

Financial Oversight: Manage budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow across the group to ensure financial stability and growth.
Reporting & Compliance: Prepare accurate monthly reports, annual financial statements, and statutory returns while ensuring compliance with laws and regulations.
Risk Management: Develop and implement strategies to identify and mitigate financial risks across the group.
Team Leadership: Mentor and guide the finance team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.
Strategic Collaboration: Partner with senior leadership to influence policy, strategy, and business development decisions.

Qualifications:

CA(SA) with 2 years in a similar role
Experience in the Automotive or Manufacturing space advantageous
