POSITION INFO:
Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage the financial operations of the group.
Develop and implement financial strategies to drive business growth.
Lead and mentor the finance team, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
Prepare and present comprehensive financial reports to senior management.
Conduct financial analysis and provide insights to support decision-making.
Coordinate and manage budgeting, forecasting, and auditing processes.
Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications:

Qualified CA(SA) with proven experience in a senior finance role.
Strong leadership and people management skills.
