SUMMARY:
One of our Metal industry clients are looking for an experienced Group Financial Manager (CA) to join their team, reporting to the CEO.

POSITION INFO:
Responsible For:

Full financial management and control function.
Managing the monthly consolidated management account preparation.
Assembling and preparing Board packs for each quarter.
Yearly consolidated financial statement preparation in accordance with the Companies Act and IFRS.
Creating, evaluating, and assessing financial and operational forecasts and budgets.
Capital budget creation and upkeep for both ongoing operations and any new initiatives.
Managing taxes, including final & provisional income tax, VAT, and STT.
Overseeing the external audit procedure and resolving technological problems.
Overseeing the internal audit procedure and resolving problems with internal control.
Drafting reports and offering technical (IFRS) insights for upcoming or prospective business transactions.
Establishing a robust control environment, keeping it up to date & promoting ongoing development.

What Do You Need?:

Qualified CA(SA) or CIMA and completed articles
Minimum 5 years post-articles working experience
Minimum 2 years in a management position
Working experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365
