SUMMARY:
To oversee, optimise and direct the organisation’s operations and drive operational efficiencies in all the business operating divisions in line with the organisation’s strategic goals and objectives.

POSITION INFO:
KEY PERFOMANCE AREAS (KPAs):
- Develop the Operations strategy and framework
- Oversee and direct Group Operations
- Management of stakeholder relationships
- Direct and oversee Operations governance, compliance, and risk management
-Management of organizational resources.

KNOWLEDGE:

- Risk and project management principles and practices legislative frameworks.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
- NQF 8 Postgraduate qualification in Business Administration/Engineering/Transport Management/
Economics

ADDED ADVANTAGE:
Master of Administration or Master of
Business Leadership (MBA/MBL)

EXPERIENCE:
15 years in a multi-functional organization (10 –15bexpenditure, ≥10 000 employees) of which 5 years should
be at executive level
- Extensive experience in leading major transformation within an organization
- Extensive Background in either Operations and/or Business management

OTHER REQUIREMENTS:
- 24/7 availability
- Extended working hours
- Travel – locally and international
