In this high-impact role, reporting to the Chief Risk Officer, you will be responsible for identifying, assessing, managing, and monitoring operational risks, with a focus on scenario analysis, risk appetite, and capital assessment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the rollout of the operational risk framework across the Bank and manage a talented team.
• Provide critical insights to the Risk Management Committee.
• Collaborate with senior leaders to ensure effective management of operational risks and ensure performance dashboards are clear and actionable.

• Minimum of 10 years in operational risk management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Banking experience is essential.
• A university Degree and relevant operational risk qualifications.
• Strong analytical skills, excellent attention to detail, and proficiency in Excel.
• Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders.
