Duties and Responsibilities

Full responsibility for group-level product costing and inventory control
Maintaining and analyzing BOMs to ensure accurate cost reporting
Working closely with operations, finance, and production teams
Identifying cost-saving opportunities and improving costing accuracy
Supporting month-end reporting and cost variance analysis
Ensuring alignment between inventory systems and financials

Experience and Skills Required

A completed BCom + CIMA qualification
Minimum 3 years’ cost accounting experience in a manufacturing environment
Solid background in inventory control, product costing, and BOMs
Sharp analytical skills and a proactive mindset
Ability to communicate clearly and confidently across departments
Afrikaans-speaking preferred for effective team collaboration
