Group Consolidation and Reporting Accountant

SUMMARY:
My client, a well-established JSE listed company is hiring a Group Consolidation and Reporting Accountant to join their Head Office team in Sandton.

POSITION INFO:

Group finance and reporting
Group Management accounts
Consolidation journals
Cashflow
Group annual budgets
Preparation of group tax schedules
Annual financial statements signed off timeously
Manage audits
Drafting group AFS
IFRS compliance

Skills & Experience:
Experience in understanding the Group consolidation and reporting role in its entirety is essential
Must be a self-starter and willing to understand the detail and report on the results to EXCO
SAGE X3 experience is beneficial
Excellent in Excel (advanced Excel skills), word, and written communication
Experience in a group environment is beneficial
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
Strong interpersonal, communication, influencing and relationship-building skills
Excellent problem-solving skills
Strong service delivery ethic

Qualification:
CA(SA) with minimum 2-4 years of commercial experience
