SUMMARY:
Are you ready to take the financial helm of a dynamic, forward-thinking group of companies? My client is looking for an exceptional Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join their team and lead their financial strategy, drive growth, and ensure operational excellence across their companies.

As CFO, you'll work closely with the CEO to develop and execute financial policies, manage budgets and forecasts, monitor cash flow, oversee capital expenditures, and optimize financial reporting systems. You'll also lead the finance team to new heights, ensuring compliance, managing risks, and driving strategic financial planning.

POSITION INFO:

Shape and implement cutting-edge financial strategies
Deliver expert financial management and reporting
Ensure robust cash flow and project costing
Navigate complex statutory compliance and financial risk management
Champion financial systems technology
Lead and inspire a high-performing finance team

Skills & Experience:
Minimum 10+ years in a senior financial role
Proven track record in strategic financial planning
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant financial software
Strong leadership, analytical and problem-solving skills
Experience in tourism or renewable energy industry is a plus!

Qualification:
CA(SA) or equivalent qualification
