POSITION INFO:
Job & Company Description:
This well-established company in the retail industry is looking for a highly skilled Group Accountant to join their finance team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in consolidations, driving process improvements, and supporting the finance executive team with strategic reporting and financial oversight.
Duties include but not limited to:

Full group consolidations and reporting
Budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis across multiple entities
Preparing monthly management accounts and presenting financial insights to stakeholders
Streamlining finance processes and implementing automation where possible
Ensuring compliance with IFRS and internal controls

Education:

Qualified CA(SA)

Job Experience & Skills required:

Minimum 2 years post-articles experience in a group reporting or financial accounting role
Strong technical skills in IFRS and consolidations
Experience in the retail or automotive industry will be beneficial
