SUMMARY:
Are you a Senior Financial Accountant within the Property Management space, with 7 years’ experience in retail, looking after portfolios with a turnover of about R 500 million to R 1 billion annually?

POSITION INFO:
My client has been in the property space for over 20 years, with a focus on Retail portfolios based in the North of Johannesburg.

This role reports to the Divisional Finance Executive and some of the responsibilities include budgeting, reporting, forecasting, audit reviews of financial statements, and being responsible for the different retail centres.

Job Experience and Skills Required:

BCom Accounting
SAIPA
7 years of relevant Property experience
