SUMMARY:
A busy and diverse clothing supplier based in Verulam is looking for a creative and motivated Graphic Designer/CAD Operator to join their team.
POSITION INFO:
Key Responsibilities:
Graphics Design:
- Create and edit visual content for presentations, marketing materials, and technical documents.
- Work on layouts, brochures, and promotional designs.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative assets for social media and online platforms.
CAD Operations:
- Develop and modify 2D and 3D CAD drawings for projects.
- Assist in the preparation of detailed technical drawings and schematics.
- Ensure all designs comply with company standards and client specifications.
General Duties:
- Support the design team in brainstorming and conceptualizing ideas.
- Conduct quality checks on designs and drawings before submission.
- Maintain an organized and updated archive of all design files.
Requirements:
- Diploma or degree in Graphic Design, CAD, Industrial Design, or a related field.
- Basic knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Experience with CAD software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Revit, or similar).
- Creative mindset with attention to detail.
- Basic understanding of design principles, color theory, and typography.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new tools and technologies.
