QUALIFICATIONS:

• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing your creativity and design skills.
• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.). 
• Experience in website design and management, with knowledge of website design tools and platforms.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and their design requirements. 
• Ability to create engaging and persuasive presentations.
• Familiarity with paid advertising campaigns, including Facebook Ads and Google Ads.
• Experience in video editing and photography.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills. 
• A creative and innovative mindset, always seeking to push the boundaries of design.

• Design and update a wide range of marketing assets, including brochures, sales packs, and other promotional materials, ensuring a consistent and captivating visual presence.
• Take the lead in designing and updating our website, creating an engaging online platform that showcases our properties and services.
• Craft compelling proposals and presentations that impress clients and highlight the unique aspects of our projects.
• Keep our social media pages fresh and exciting with your creative designs, ensuring our brand stands out in the digital space.
• Manage paid advertising campaigns on platforms like Facebook Ads and Google Ads, optimizing our online presence to reach the right audience.
• Curate email listings and create impactful email marketing campaigns that keep our audience informed and engaged.
• Take charge of monthly newsletters, delivering visually appealing and informative content to our subscribers.
• Utilize your video editing and photography skills to capture the essence of our properties, creating stunning visuals that tell a compelling story. 
• Create visual text and imagery concepts by hand or with the help of computer software
• Communicate ideas that inspire and captivate consumers
• Develop the production design and overall layout for advertisements, magazines, banners, products, brochures, and more. 
• Design graphics to meet specific promotional and commercial needs like logos, packaging, displays, or imagery for digital and printable products 
• Decide how images and text work to fit a specific layout and size.
• Collaborate with copywriters for text design and creation 
• Create infographics that make complex ideas more accessible
• Test graphics across various media
• Communicate concepts and designs to clients or Art Directors prior to incorporating them into revised designs
• Amend designs based on stakeholder and client feedback 
• Scan final graphic designs for typos and errors before publishing
• Upskill to keep up-to-date with the latest tools and technologies 
• Collaborate with Architect to visually represent House Types (Blender)
