Graduate Stores Internship

SUMMARY:
We are seeking a motivated, detail-oriented and organised individual to join our client's team for a 12-month Store Internship. The successful candidate will support the Store Manager in maintaining accurate inventory records, ensuring efficient stock management, and facilitating smooth operations within the store's department.

POSITION INFO:
Duties and Responsibilities

• Assist in receiving and inspecting incoming materials and products.
• Support in accurately recording and organising inventory.
• Assist in packing, labelling, and storing items in an organised manner.
• Collaborate with the team to conduct regular inventory counts and audits.
• Assist with stocktake.
• Assist in managing inventory databases and systems.
• Prepare and package items for internal/external customers.
• Assist in maintaining a clean and organised warehouse environment.
• Comply with safety and security guidelines and maintain a safe working environment.

• Matric and Relevant tertiary qualification in Supply Chain / Logistics or equivalent.
• Computer literate
• Ability to work well in a team and follow instructions.
• Strong communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
