Graduate Specialist

We are looking for an Inclusion and Graduate Specialist to drive their diversity and graduate initiatives, ensuring an inclusive culture across the organization.

POSITION INFO:
Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives.
• Manage graduate recruitment programs, from outreach to onboarding.
• Partner with universities and other organizations to attract diverse talent.
• Support mentorship and career development programs for graduates and underrepresented groups.
• Conduct training and awareness sessions on inclusion and diversity topics.
• Monitor and analyze DEI metrics and graduate program effectiveness.
• Ensure compliance with employment and equal opportunity legislation.
• Collaborate with HR and leadership to create an inclusive workplace culture.

• Honours in Organisational Psychology or similar
• Experience in DEI initiatives, graduate recruitment, or HR-related roles.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Fluent in Xhosa, and can communicate in Afrikaans, English and Zulu
• Ability to analyse data and report on program effectiveness.
• Passion for driving positive change and fostering inclusivity.
