Our client is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Receptionist Administrator graduate with a strong interest in SHEQ (Safety, Health, Environment, and Quality) to join their team for a 12-month Internship. This internship provides a valuable opportunity to develop your skills in a dynamic work environment while gaining experience in administrative and SHEQ-related responsibilities.

POSITION INFO:
Duties and Responsibilities

• Welcome visitors, manage calls, and maintain a professional reception area.
• Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence.
• Provide administrative support, including correspondence management, filing, and meeting coordination.
• Coordinate meeting schedules and prepare meeting rooms.
• Assist with SHEQ/health and safety tasks such as maintaining records, participating in audits, and supporting awareness initiatives.

• Tertiary qualification is essential
  • A relevant diploma or degree in Administration, Business Management, or a related field.
  • Additional coursework or exposure to SHEQ/Health and Safety is highly advantageous.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Additional computer skills is advantageous.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
