About the Programme

Our client is seeking highly motivated graduates with a BSc in Data Analytics or a related field to join our two-year Graduate Programme. This opportunity will provide hands-on experience in data analysis, reporting, and business intelligence, allowing you to apply your academic knowledge in a dynamic, real-world environment.

Successful candidates will gain exposure to cutting-edge data technologies, business processes, and strategic decision-making, working closely with experienced professionals. Upon completion of the programme, and based on performance, there may be an opportunity for permanent employment within the organisation.

Key Responsibilities

Collect, clean, and analyse data to support business operations
Assist in developing data models, dashboards, and reports
Collaborate with different departments to provide data-driven insights
Support business intelligence and automation initiatives
Identify trends and patterns to improve efficiency and decision-making
Ensure data integrity and compliance with company policies

Minimum Requirements

BSc in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in SQL, Python, R, Power BI, or other data analysis tools (advantageous)
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
A proactive mindset with a keen interest in data-driven decision-making
