SUMMARY:
The Junior Mechanical Engineer is responsible for the mechanical design of various plants and facilities. The candidate is responsible for mechanical design tasks, budget estimation, on-site supervision during installation and construction, quality control during the installation and construction phase, assistance during commissioning, and preparation of site reports. The reporting on performance of installed plants, fault finding and problem solving, if performance irregularities occur during the commission phase.

Requirements:

Mechanical and Mechatronic Graduate Engineer positions available
B Degree
Develop process and instrumentation diagrams based on process designs
Equipment selection
Generation of equipment specification sheets
Estimate budget costing based on generated bill of quantities
On-site installation supervision
Quality control during site installation as well as facility manufacturing processes
Preparation of reports and documentation
Inspection of electrical and automation status of installed plants and correction of any irregularities which can occur
Inspection of the mechanical status of the plants and correction of any irregularities which can occur
Adherence to a pro-active and preventive problem-solving approach
