Excellent opportunity exists for a confident, customer focused Graduate with at least 2 years work experience and strong Excel and administrative skills to join the Key Accounts team of this well-established supplier of on-trend gifting and stationery products to major retail chains. This is a great opportunity for someone wanting to grow within a Key Accounts / Marketing environment.

POSITION INFO:
Duties and Responsibilities:

• Providing administrative support to the Key Accounts Manager(s)
• Set up for customer meetings
• Order and control of samples for shows and presentations
• Assist with queries of products not scanning in store
• Typing and distribution of minutes, general correspondence, deal sheets, allocations etc.
• Preparing of spreadsheets
• Set up of appointments for Key Accounts departments
• Action payment of expense claim forms
• New store opening updating
• Taking messages and following up on queries
• Liaise with Advertising company for customers advertised lines

• Bachelors Degree
• At least 2 years work experience
• Valid drivers licence and own reliable transport
• Solid administration skills with advanced Excel
• Be able to work overtime when necessary
• Be able to handle pressure with high attention to detail
• Organisational and time management skills
• Good understanding of merchandising principles
