Genesys Cloud Developer - Contract- JHB/Remote - American/LATAM timezone

POSITION INFO:

Our Client a Global Tech firm is seeking a Genesys Cloud Developer to join their team in Johannesburg on a contract basis. The resource can work remotely and will be working during American/LATAM time zones.

A Genesys Cloud Developer typically works on developing and deploying cloud-based contact center solutions using the Genesys Cloud platform. Here are some common responsibilities and qualifications for this role:

Responsibilities

Design and develop applications on the Genesys Cloud platform.
Integrate Genesys Cloud with other enterprise systems and third-party applications.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
Ensure high performance and reliability of cloud-based contact center solutions.
Develop and maintain documentation for new and existing systems.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Genesys Cloud applications.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Proven experience with the Genesys Cloud platform.
Experience in integrating enterprise systems and third-party applications.
Strong understanding of cloud computing concepts and applications.
Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.
