This role demands exceptional leadership, strategic thinking, and a deep understanding of the logistics industry.

Responsibilities:

• Operational Management:

  • Oversee daily operations, including transportation, warehousing, and distribution processes.

  • Ensure that operations comply with company policies, industry standards, and legal requirements.

  • Optimize resource utilization to improve operational efficiency.

• Strategic Leadership:

  • Develop and implement long-term strategies to drive business growth.

  • Identify and capitalize on market opportunities, including new partnerships and business ventures.

  • Analyze industry trends to anticipate challenges and implement proactive solutions.

• Team Leadership:

  • Manage and mentor department heads and staff to build a cohesive and high-performing team.

• Financial Oversight:

  • Develop and manage budgets to ensure profitability and cost control.

  • Monitor financial performance and prepare regular reports for senior leadership.

• Certification in Logistics or Supply Chain Management (e.g., APICS, CILT).
