Job Title: General Manager- Hospitality and Retail

Location: Ballito, South Africa

Overview:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and dynamic General Manager with a passion for leadership and exceptional customer experiences. The ideal candidate will have strong retail or hospitality experience, or a blend of both. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with proven leadership abilities and an outgoing personality to make their mark in a vibrant environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily operations, ensuring smooth and efficient workflows.
Lead and motivate a team to deliver excellent customer service.
Manage staff schedules, training, and performance.
Monitor stock levels, suppliers, and inventory management.
Implement strategies to maximise revenue and profitability.
Maintain and improve the overall customer experience.
Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues with a friendly and professional approach.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.

Requirements:

Experience in either retail or hospitality (or a mix of both).
Proven leadership qualities, with the ability to inspire and manage a team effectively.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Friendly, outgoing, and approachable personality.
Strong organisational and time-management abilities.
Ability to work under pressure and problem-solve proactively.
