Seeking a General Manager – Lead, Innovate & Transform in Agri-business.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Develop and execute game-changing strategies for long-term growth
Oversee financials, operations, sales, and distribution to maximize profitability
Inspire, mentor, and empower teams across multiple departments
Build strong relationships with customers, partners, and government stakeholders
Keep production and distribution running smoothly
Uphold high standards in quality, safety, and operations

Who We’re Looking For:

15+ years in commercial, industrial, or logistical operations
5+ years in FMCG, agri-business, or food distribution (grain milling is a plus!)
Strong grasp of budgeting, cost control, and profitability strategies
Experience in CARICOM or multinational environments preferred
Passion for developing new products and unlocking new market opportunities
Able to build partnerships, manage teams, and handle negotiations with ease
