POSITION INFO:
Job Requirements

Grade 12
Valid driver's license
Relevant degree or diploma
Three years of leadership experience
Three years of service-related experience
Experience in sales.
Good IR and HR experience

Job Responsibility
Oversee and take responsibility for sales, operations and administration
Improving service delivery to achieve operational requirements with respect to route optimisation & KPI, as well as Quality KPI.
Could you make sure compliance with ISO guidelines?
Ensure that branch % regional targets are met
Managing the profitability of the branch
Ensure that the Equity and Health and Safety committees meet as prescribed and submit minutes of the meetings.
Training & development of staff
Grow the business through additional & existing customers
Build professional relationships with customers
Manage subordinates

Salary
R50 000 to R53 000 CTC
