Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the daily operations of the hotel, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning across all departments.
• Develop and implement strategies to maximize revenue, occupancy, and profitability.
• Foster a culture of excellence, ensuring top-tier customer service and satisfaction.
• Manage budgets, financial plans, and operational costs to achieve business objectives.
• Lead, mentor, and develop the hotel team, ensuring high performance and engagement.
• Maintain compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with guests, suppliers, and stakeholders.
• Monitor and respond to guest feedback to continuously improve services.

• Proven experience as a General Manager or similar senior role in the hospitality industry.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
• Solid understanding of hotel management software and financial practices.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills and a results-driven approach.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• A degree or diploma in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
