Our client in the Agricultural industry is looking for a General Manager to lead operations, improve productivity, manage teams and drive strategic growth. Strong leadership and industry experience is required.

POSITION INFO:
Minimum requirements:

• Qualification: Degree/Diploma in Agriculture or Business Management
• 7 years' of experience in a similar management role
• Oversee daily operations and ensure efficient management
• Stable working history with a demonstrated ability to manage teams effectively
• Develop and implement business plans and strategies
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards
• Manage budgets and financial forecasts related to operations
• Computer literate
• Bilingual in Afrikaans and English
• Own reliable transport and a driver’s license
