ROLE PROFILE / LOCATION: A Permanent Senior Management Level Role in the Hygiene, Cleaning and Allied Services Sector based in Rustenburg

POSITION INFO:
JOB SUMMARY: My client is in search of a suitably qualifies and experienced individual to assume the above-mentioned role within their organisation. The successful incumbent will assume responsibility for the following: -

• Achievement of financial objectives and targets including sales, operations and administration of the branch
• Grow market share through new and additional business and client retention
• Building of business relationships with customers
• Improving service delivery and efficiencies by achievement of route optimization KPI's
• Ensure compliance to ISO guidelines
• Uphold standards of excellence in all aspects of the business
• Training and development of staff
• Preparation of monthly and ad hoc reports for Senior Management
• Provide solutions to business issues; loss of customers to competitors, declining profits, staff conflict etc

• Grade 12 and Degree or Diploma in Sales / Operations Management
• Minimum 5 years in Sales / Operations Management
• Industry (commercial hygiene) experience would be distinct advantage
