POSITION INFO:
Requirements:

• Business or industry related qualification.
• More than 15 years experience.
• Knowledge of the following systems: SAP (retail), Namos (fuel), Winbranch (fuel).
• Proven business and operational track record.
• Forecourt experience non-negotiable.

• Management of all operations on site, Retail fuel forecourt, Diesel truck high canopy, Retail convenience shop, Ancillary services such as car wash, truck wash, canteen, laundromat etc.
• Business management – management of the business as a whole.
• Compilation and management of operational income and expense budgets.
• Management of all operational and administrative personnel on site.
• Implementation and management of on-site systems.
• Liaising with local and national authorities when required.
• Management of operational agreements.
• Stock management.
• Management of lease agreements.
• Management of franchise agreements.
• Management of third-party agreements (security, cleaning etc.)
• Any other duties that could reasonably be expected from a general manager.
