Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced General Manager for a luxury hotel in Graskop. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in hotel management and be responsible for overseeing all hotel operations, ensuring exceptional guest satisfaction, and managing financial performance.

Responsibilities:

• Lead hotel operations and ensure high service standards.
• Manage budgets, sales plans, and financial reports.
• Oversee daily hotel operations, including guest services and staff management.
• Implement policies and ensure compliance with standards and regulations.
• Maximize revenue through yield management and operational efficiency.
• Address guest complaints and ensure service recovery.
• Work closely with department heads and manage team performance.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of hotel management experience.
• Proven leadership and strong financial acumen (P&L experience).
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and handle pressure.
• Experience with hotel systems (PMS, POS) preferred.
• Formal hospitality qualification is an advantage.
• Knowledge of legal and safety compliance regulations.
• Ability to work collaboratively and lead a team effectively.
