SUMMARY:
General Maintenance Assistant (Maintenance Technician)
Pretoria East
R31 000 CTC Per month
My client in the East of Pretoria is urgently looking at appointing a suitable candidate in the abovementioned position

POSITION INFO:
Minimum requirements:

Must have completed grade 12
Must have a valid driver's license and own vehicle (Preferably a Bakkie)
Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills as well as report writing skills
The suitable incumbent must have extensive experience in maintenance (at least 7 years or more) with regards to pool maintenance, general repairs of the Home Owners Association property, like welding, erecting of relevant structures, frames brackets, minor construction work and planting poles
Managing petty cash
Take minutes during maintenance committee meetings
Identify and recommend cost saving measures
Planning and scheduling of maintenance projects
Conduct cost estimations of projects
Be able to draft specifications in collaboration with Estate Manager for maintenance work before quotations are obtained
To start ASAP (December)
