Based in Lynnwood, Pretoria, join a professional team dedicated to excellence in litigation and client service.

POSITION INFO:
DUTIES:

Provide administrative and legal support to attorneys handling civil and commercial litigation cases.
Duties include drafting and formatting legal documents, managing case files, and coordinating court filings and deadlines.
Communicate with clients, courts, and opposing counsel to schedule meetings, hearings, and depositions.
Additionally, assist with billing, timekeeping, and general office administration to ensure smooth workflow.

REQUIREMENTS:

Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and knowledge of legal procedures are essential for this role.
3+ Years' experience in general litigation support.
Dictaphone typing experience essential.
