SUMMARY:

Purpose of the Job:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented General Administrator to manage key administrative tasks, ensuring smooth departmental operations. This role includes handling petty cash, purchase orders, and payment requisitions.

Skills & Qualifications:

Proven experience in an administrative role.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.).
Basic understanding of financial processes (petty cash, purchase orders, etc.).

POSITION INFO:
Key Responsibilities:

Manage and process petty cash transactions.
Prepare and submit purchase orders.
Handle payment requisitions and ensure timely processing.
Provide general administrative support to the team.
Maintain accurate records of financial transactions.
Assist with day-to-day office operations and coordination.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
