Location: Stellenbosch - (On-site Accommodation Provided)

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the maintenance and management of the gardens, historical buildings, and cottages in line with heritage regulations.
• Lead and collaborate with a team, ensuring tasks are executed with precision and attention to detail.
• Proactively identify and address operational challenges, ensuring long-term sustainability.
• Manage tenant relations for permanent residents in the cottages, including contracts and maintenance.
• Develop and implement operational plans, ensuring they are followed through with the correct materials and procedures.
• Foster a professional relationship with the owner, understanding their high standards and commitment to excellence.
• Uphold the vision and mission of the estate, prioritizing quality over profit.
