General Manager (Pub and Grill)
Based in White River, Mpumalanga
Up to R25 000 CTC depending on experience

They are seeking an experienced General Manager to lead their team and oversee the daily operations of the pub and grill. This role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth running of the business, enhancing customer satisfaction, and driving profitability.

Minimum requirements:

• Valid Drivers license and own car
• Experience in Pilot and Microsoft Office - Proficient
• Strong management skills with previous experience in restaurant and accommodation management
• Budget Management
• Supervising and evaluating staff
• Handling bookings
• Handling customer complaints
• Stock ordering and management
• Costings
• Training of new staff
• Enforcing health and safety standards
• Manage and monitor expenses
• Evaluate staff performance
• Managing inventory
• Liaise with contractors and suppliers
• Monitoring maintenance of equipment
• Scheduling and Rosters
• Great customer experience skills
