As a Factory Engineer, you will oversee and optimize production processes, ensuring machinery and equipment operate at peak performance. Your role includes implementing preventive maintenance, troubleshooting technical issues, and improving plant efficiency. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives, enhancing productivity and maintaining the highest standards of safety and quality.

Job experience and Skills Required:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Proven experience in plant and equipment maintenance.
• GCC (Government Certificate of Competency) is highly preferred.
• Strong background in mechanical and electrical systems.
• Preferred qualification: Degree or Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• Experience with process optimization and preventive maintenance.
