Duties:

Develop new eCommerce applications
Maintain existing eCommerce applications
API Development and Integration
Develop middleware solutions
Create dashboards and reports
Write unit tests and quality frameworks
Design, develop, and maintain reusable, efficient, and reliable code
Maintain existing eCommerce integration applications

Job Experience & Skills Required:

Qualifications:

Matric (Grade 12)
Preferred: Degree in IT/Technology/Engineering/Computer Science (NQF6)

Experience:

3+ years of web development experience
3+ years of general application development experience

Essential Skills:

Front-end & Back-end coding proficiency
Strong experience with: C#, ASP.NET MVC 4+ (.Net Core a plus) / HTML5, CSS, SASS, JavaScript / Angular 2+ / JavaScript, JSON, XML / REST & SOAP Web Services / Microsoft SQL Server (Transact SQL: Stored procedures, functions, views) / Git/Azure DevOps and SDLC Methodologies
Preferred Additional Skills: TypeScript / AngularJS / WCF Services / MongoDB / SSIS Packages / SQL Feeds / Docker, Kubernetes & virtualized environments
Experience in distributed teams using Agile methodologies (Scrum & Kanban) / UI/UX development skills
